Call started to be automatically sent to voicemail without my knowledge. Why is this occurring?

This new Android 4.0.4 version does not recognize my Plantronics Pro Plus Bluetooth. It worked fine with the previous version of Android (I'm not sure which version that was). Google should not institute a new version of Android without fully testing it.
