Issue with S22 Ultra & headphone audio?

I just got my S22 Ultra yesterday. When I use my Steelseries headphones, audio only plays from the left side. It doesn't matter what source I use - I've tried this on phone calls, discord video chats, music, everything. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

this is like 3.5mm jack sort of issue... is the steelseries using a 3.5mm jack that you have an adapter for which you use to connect to the phone?
if so, the 3.5mm jack needs to be checked whether it has the correct uhhhh.... audio 'pin' ???
I don't know the technical term but I know that in the past those 3.5mm jacks had 2 different types, one that supported mono and another that supported surround or stereo audio. It was usually noticeable by looking at how many rings the 3.5mm jack had.
