Once Again, Question About Oddball Situation 🙄

Anytime I place a call on my Motorola edge plus2023, or receive a call..... I've got five minutes, then my call cuts off.

I can't call right back and the person who I was taking to can't call right back for a brief period.

Then the callback goes thru and I can talk forever. It's A ALWAYS five minutes. And, when it cuts off, a brief screen pops up and says mobile network not available, use a wireless network (or, close to that) and it disappears.

Happens if I'm making a call in the house on SPARKLIGHT WiFi or cut that off and use the Verizon system directly.

SPARKLIGHT ran tests for me and no dropped packets and my Wi-Fi cameras and TV signal never fail it even glitch.

People calling me ONLY have it happen with me. And, it's at the five minute mark, every time. Call back... Talk forever.

IT has got to be MY phone. I don't think it's Verizon. I called them. They spent four minutes confirming who I was, even though they was confirmed by the number I was calling from. They asked if they could call back if disconnected to this number... But is they tried they didn't know you have to wait.

I've never heard of such a thing. Any suggestions or information is GREATLY appreciated.
