Question strange problem - disappearing cellular ??

starting yesterday, I noticed a strange problem:

* when my phone is connected to wi-fi, everything works as it should.

* but when I am away from wi-fi, strange things start to happen:

* somehow, I can NOT get any new eMail or text messages or WHATSAPP - none of that - no chrome or anything internet

* but somehow I CAN still make a phone call - this makes no sense!

* as you can see from the screenshot, all the data options are turned on: ROAMING, 5G, 2G ... what am I doing wrong?

* it's not a question of billing, I am paid up, in fact, I am even on autopay ...

* does anybody have any ideas?

PS: I double checked, AIRPLANE mode is NOT on! Thanks again!

PSS: my phone is a SAMSUNG SM-A536U

follow-up question: is there any one at Samsung I can contact? can I take it to a T-Mobile store?
