Two issue started happening

I've noticed two issues that began before the last update. First, my phone's language randomly switches from English to Spanish. I have to restart my phone to revert it to English. Second, the SiriusXM app on my phone plays audio unexpectedly and loudly. What could be causing this? Do you have any suggestions for a fix?

What's the system language set to in the system settings? Do you have both English and Spanish set as options, or is it just English?

I have not noticed any anomalies like those. I only have English as the chosen language. And no phantom music although, the other morning when I put my hearing aids in, one was playing something from my phone but as I unlocked my phone it stopped.

I have English (as the major) and Spanish....never had any problems in the past till now

See what happens if you remove Spanish as your secondary language, reboot, and then add it back again.
