Maybe you didn't understand me. I can install any TTS, but I can't change it or select it. See? So my idea was to delete all engines, and install just one, but I can't unistall Google TTS because it's system app.

No, problem :) Yeah, Android 7 and MIUI 11 global. I can unistall only updates, not app itself. Because it's system app, google bloatware. I tried with ADB / Fastboot Simple Tool where I can unistall system apps, but I can't find Google TTS on that list.

I see. But, 4 years old phone I doubt they will release new update and fix this. I can do roll back, or install some custom rom, but everything else is working OK so I'm looking some easy fix :)

Sorry for my late replay. My father did that job, he knows with eletronic. All you have to do is open radio, find that bulit in mic spot, and there you just solder external mic. Watch that video I posted, it's same principle. Sorry I can't help you more. But if you have more questions I'll try...

Sorry for my late replay. When we connected external mic, yes, bulit in mic is off then. But maybe your radio have input for external mic, so you can easily plug it out if you wanna use bulit in mic sometimes.

If you ask me personally, no calls any kind in car, I'll call you when I'm not driving. Unless your job requires you have to make calls while you driving. And yes, I agree with you, I would go with Bluetooth headset, if this was about me. But this is not for me I asking about :)
