I got this Panlelo S6 car radio.
Built-in microphone is not so good. I can hear well others people during bluetooth call, but they can't hear me very good, especially at high speeds.

I would have connected external mic, to fix my problem but device does not support it, no input for that.

Does anybody have any idea is it possible to connect it somehow external mic?
Or some other way to fix this?

Thank you.

No, it's a limitation of the radio. If you're really good with electronics, you can figure out what type of mic is used internally (probably a condenser mic) and replace it with a jack, then plug in any mic made for the purpose. (Kenwood's mic seems to be very good - for a $119 radio, the mic comes with about 6 feet of pretty thin cable. I have it routed under the dash, around to the corner post, then to the sun visor, where it's clipped. No one knows that I'm on a speakerphone when I'm in the care, even when I'm moving with the window open.)

But the way it is, and without a lot of work? There's no way of improving it.

@Rukbat
Tnx for reply. Yes, I get it. But I was hoping there will be some way like, connect mic via USB and somehow in android system tell it to us it :)

I've never been a fan of stereo based calls. Have you considered just getting a Bluetooth headset paired to the phone? Depending on which one you get, the call quality can be worlds better than what your stereo could do.

If you ask me personally, no calls any kind in car, I'll call you when I'm not driving. Unless your job requires you have to make calls while you driving.
And yes, I agree with you, I would go with Bluetooth headset, if this was about me.
But this is not for me I asking about :)

I just wanna reply with update about this.
Yes, we opened the radio and we connected external mic on place where is Built-in mic.
Sound is now much better.
Thank you.

Thanks for sharing. I installed this Android head unit:

Now i'm trying to connect an external mic with it.

If i connect it with external mic, does that mean the built-in mic will not work anymore?
Sorry for my late replay.
When we connected external mic, yes, bulit in mic is off then.
But maybe your radio have input for external mic, so you can easily plug it out if you wanna use bulit in mic sometimes.

Sorry for my late replay.
My father did that job, he knows with eletronic.

All you have to do is open radio, find that bulit in mic spot, and there you just solder external mic. Watch that video I posted, it's same principle.

Sorry I can't help you more.
But if you have more questions I'll try to answer you.

I have been trying to solder a condenser in to no avail. Do you know exactly which kind and brand of microphone your father used?
