Question Phone now Locked + "This phone has been lost" error during emergency

Evacuate Mode in FL. Woke up to
Pin # unaccepted. Phone now Locked + "This phone has been lost". Don't ask. Samsung has a ticket created tkt (omg, they kinda suck, huh?) for me to send back? They Just cleared the road! This is my only means of Communication.
Need my phone.

We only have another working cel & i luckily brought pwbook w/ me.

Any help?

What a difference from 'send it in' to handing back to you your now working phone.


Displaced, disaster protocols sound like good ideas if they could figure out how to keep them from being exploited.

This whole experience has added to negative Samsung Cellular Consumer Experience.

Plus, we REALLLLY need protocol in place for persons in these Disasters... "Displaced".
Verification on phones?
How about other methods?
- Decent security questions,
-Family member cells, other contacts?

Now I was in smart things find I didn't see an option to unlock or lock device like they use to do in Samsung cloud before they switched , do you remember the steps?

They do not have Unlock option any longer...
Had I known this prior...

Yeasss, I should have written his steps down.
I was truly thinking I'd need to factory reset to get in my phone again...the way Samsung & others claimed.

I Did NOT Expect them to be able to help, so I was trying to keep myself from getting upset.
