S24 Ultra wi-fi problems with some apps

Hi,
The last few days I have been having problems with not being able to open some apps with wi-fi (they open fine if I turn wi-fi off and use data instead).
For example, Amazon, BBC Weather, Samsung Store, Wemo Smart Plug, Outlook, Ebay will only connect when I'm using data. But BBC Sport, BBC News, Facebook, Instagram will connect when wi-fi is turned on.
I have tried resetting network and wi-fi settings, and clearing the cache, but with no luck.
I don't really want to do a factory reset, so I am at a loss for a solution.
Has any one got any suggestions, please?

Yes. I’ve tried that a few times. All other devices connected to WiFi are fine. It is only affecting my phone for some reason.
 
Check also if anything using WiFi in its history?

If it is some apps like you stated, then it is probably the apps that are having problems and not a global phone issue. Instead of blaming the phone, take a look at the apps. Clear app cache or app data on them and see what happens.
 
Right after the last update my S24U started disconnecting from my Wi-Fi 7 router every few hours. Turning Wi-Fi off and on again on the phone fixes it for a while. This was not the case before the update, not at all, the phone stayed connected ever since I received it on release day. Something here is wrong with this specific update and the S24U.
